Shipping

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping to main provinces in Canada. We do not offer shipping to Nunavut, Yukon and North-West territories. 

Can I see my tracking information?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

How long does shipping take?

Due to ongoing worldwide freight and cargo shipping delays, shipping date estimations are not available. Contact us for more information. 

Tent Compatibility and Installation

Will the 360 roof tents fit on my vehicle?

Our tents are compatible with most roof racks system. Simply make sure that the tent's weight is within the maximum weight capacity of your roof bars. You can usually find this information in the instruction manual of your rack system.

Will my vehicle hold the weight of the tent?

Upon installing the 360 roof tent, make sure that both your roof rack and your vehicle have dynamic weight capacities that can support your tent. The dynamic weight capacity represents the maximum weight allowed when your vehicle is in motion. 

What kind of roof racks are required to install the tents?

Our tents are compatible with most roof racks system. Simply make sure that the tent's weight is within the maximum weight capacity of your roof bars. You can usually find this information in the instruction manual of your rack system.

How do I install the tent on my vehicle?

Make sure to be at least 2 people for the installation procedures. Place the tent over your roof racks and make sure to center the tent's weight as much as possible. Visit individual product pages for more information about installation procedures.

Is the mounting hardware included with the tent?

360 roof tents come with the necessary hardware required to install them on your roof racks. Tools are not included.

How do I open and close my roof tent?

Most of our tents come with a hydraulic system which, when released, opens the tent automatically. Simply detach the straps holding the tent down, give a little push and watch your tent unfold. Visit individual product pages for more information about installation procedures.

Returns and Warranty

I just received my tent and it is damaged, what can I do?

In the event that the tent received is damaged, contact us within 14 days. We will provide you with the appropriate mailing address and any additional instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product, with proof of original purchase, and with a detailed description of the defect. The mailing costs will be refunded, upon presentation of the related shipping receipts.

What is the warranty?

360 roof tents have a 6-month warranty on all parts. Additional warranty can be purchased at additional costs. No warranty is given for defects caused by wear and tear, scratches, accidents, modifications or any types of repair and use other than those authorized by the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure products are safely secured at all times.
